Alla and Losha’s wedding was on of the first weddings we shot using the cinematic film techniques made possible by the Canon Mark II. It captures the moment perfectly to be later played back with full 1080p clarity. Using photography lens to capture motion, allow the highlights to intersect the best of what video and photography have to offer. It captures the motion of life, with the beauty of reflecting on an instant.

This was also the perfect film to use selective coloring techniques made popular by the cinematic masterpieces Schindler’s List and Sin City. A hint of color in an otherwise black and white image draws into the moment. Its a reflection of ourselves, and our ability to tune out all but that which is most important.
